VoxeNova is the AI Project Intelligence Platform — an AI facilitator joins your meetings, a temporal knowledge graph remembers every decision, and the dashboard surfaces execution gaps with citation-grade provenance back to the meeting they came from. Our first five customers get founder-level attention, locked pricing, and a shaped product.
No commitment required to apply. 20-min intro call decides fit both ways.
The next five customers shape what VoxeNova becomes. We'd rather have five VPs of Engineering telling us we built the wrong thing and getting listened to, than fifty passive users who paid for a shipped product. So we're trading price + polish for feedback and voice.
You start on the Team tier at the founding-customer rate we agree on the intro call — locked for as long as your team fits within Team-tier limits (currently 25 meetings/month, 15 seats). When you outgrow it, you graduate to Growth or Enterprise at a permanent 20% founding-customer discount. Standard prices moving around you never changes what you pay.
Rok (founder) personally sits in on the first meeting VoxeNova joins for your team. Setup, agenda, integration, first extraction — you're not figuring this out alone from a docs page.
Weekly async feedback loop with the founder. Requests from design partners jump the queue. Your first six weeks of usage genuinely shape what ships in month two.
Migration of prior meeting notes if you have them. Calendar wiring. Slack push. First knowledge-graph seed built by hand off your existing docs — not left to auto-import to figure out.
Not a support desk. A direct channel. If something breaks, Rok sees it. If you want a feature, it lands in the same channel where the code gets discussed.
If you want it: your logo on the customers page + case study co-authored with you. Entirely optional — plenty of design partners prefer to stay quiet. Your call.
We're being specific because a mis-fit design partner is worse for both of us than no design partner.
20-minute intro call. Rok reviews every application personally. If we're not a fit, we'll say so — usually within 48 hours.
